Remember the old-school flip-style alarm clocks that used to tell time analogue style by flipping numbers as the minutes passed? Now you can relive this aspect of the 80s and 90s with the Areaware Alarm Dock designed by Jonas Damon. To use the alarm clock, simply run the iPhone power cord through an opening in the back of the dock and connect the iPhone as it lays on its side. After you have installed the Areaware app (the actual part that gives your phone that analogue slip-style number changing), you have your very own retro alarm clock. The dock is compatible with iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4G and 4S., and the alarm clock vessel is available for order in a sustainably harvested Beech wood finish, but also comes in various colours (we love the super chic all-wood exterior that is fabulously retro).
